Kitsuke.fr is the first French site exclusively dedicated to the art of KIMONO, you will find through our catalog both “vintage” and “new” products. All our items are from Japan.

These terms of sales are registered in order to specify the rights and obligations of the BUYER with regard to the products sold on our website kitsuke.fr, within the framework of a distance selling system.
The contract established at the time of an effective order, within the framework and according to the conditions referred to in these terms of sales, is governed by the rules governing distance selling, as set out in particular in the Consumer Code, Provisions referred to below.

2 – ARTICLES :
The denomination, the material, the dimensions and the state of wear for “vintage” articles:
For vintage items, the most visible features are listed in the description of the items. We take the most care to indicate and photograph the defects or degradations of time on these items. However, the photos of presentation of the products proposed on our site are not contractual, and can not engage the responsibility of the SELLER with regard to the buyer.

3 – PRICE  :
Our prices are in EUROS.
The sale price of our items is not subject to VAT pursuant to Article 293B of the General Tax Code.
Kituske.fr reserves the right of all tariff modifications on its site.
The tariff indicated in the summary of your order will be definitive only after the validation of this one.

4 – SHIPPING FEES :
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically according to the weight of your items as well as your delivery address and will be displayed directly in your basket.
All our shipments are made in “COLISSIMO TRACKING AGAINST SIGNATURE”
We assure deliveries in metropolitan France, European Union and Switzerland.

5 – ORDER :
Upon validation of the order the CLIENT will receive an e-mail of confirmation of this one directly on the e-mail address indicated by him in the form.

6 – DELIVERY :

9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL :
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, the CLIENT has a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of his order to return the product to the seller. Any complaint made outside this period can not be accepted. The product must be intact and in its original packaging. Damaged products (excluding details of wear and tear mentioned in the description of the article) will not be taken back.
